We are an Oracle Gold Partner and the go-to implementer for Siebel Loyalty.

Our partnership with Oracle began early on, spending many hours with the Siebel Loyalty development team to tune and enhance some of the earlier versions of the product. We know the product development teams personally and we continue to have a very constructive dialogs with them about the product, its current state, and its future direction.

We openly share our field observations with the Oracle product team, providing them with valuable feedback on features that are often customized, industries that may require better support from the product, and specific challenges which require timely and accurate fixes.

We wrote the book on Siebel Loyalty and Marketing implementations.

We have successfully completed the world’s largest implementations to date, in terms of number of members and transaction throughput. We have put the Siebel Loyalty and Marketing systems to the test and we are well aware of what is possible and what it takes to get there.

Many of the lessons that we’ve learned during the course of our implementations have been incorporated into our ThreadSync™ methodology, which is specifically designed to reduce project noise and to shorten time-to-market for these implementations.

We have built a number of tools that accelerate the tasks that are typically the most expensive during these implementations – data migration, real-time integration, cut-over execution, and batch processing.

We have successfully built the world’s first retail high-speed POS adapter for Siebel that enables massively scalable retail networks to execute hundreds of transactions per second, with sub-second response times against the Siebel Loyalty application.

We know the product inside out. We have seen its strengths and weaknesses in high-volume scenarios across a diverse set of industries with very different characteristics. We can give you an objective view of what is possible and what it takes to achieve your goals.

Our ground-breaking Alaska Airlines implementation was the first large-scale Frequent Flier Program. No other airline in the world had delivered a solution of this scale and magnitude in Oracle Siebel Loyalty at the time. We spent many hours with Oracle Engineering helping to fine tune the product. As a result, we have developed a close relationship with them as well as a deep understanding of the product.

We recently completed the world's largest retail implementation of Siebel Loyalty. The project spans more than 9000 stores, processing over 1 million transactions per hour, and more than 300 Point of Sale (POS) transactions per second with an average response time of less than 300ms. All of this was accomplished in less than 9 months, with fewer than 10 people.

How did we achieve all this? Our innovative ThreadSync™ methodology was developed specifically for the Siebel Loyalty, Marketing and Oracle Business Intelligence space. It is based on main-stream agile methods and is designed to increase focus, minimize project noise and accelerate delivery.
